Refund Policy

At Butcher Harvest, we are committed to providing meaningful, hands-on learning experiences that empower our community to reconnect with traditional skills. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we want to be transparent about our refund policy for workshops, classes, and other services.

Workshop & Class Refunds

Cancellations by Participants:

  • 7+ Days Before the Event: Full refund or option to transfer to another available date.

  • 3–6 Days Before the Event: 50% refund or option to transfer once to another date.

  • Less Than 72 Hours Before the Event: No refund. Due to preparation costs and limited spots, we are unable to offer refunds or transfers at this time.

No-Shows will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Refund Policy - the basics

Cancellations by Butcher Harvest:

If we must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to weather, emergencies, or low enrollment, participants will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule or transfer credit to another workshop

We will contact you via email and/or phone at least 24 hours before the event in such cases.

Merchandise & Digital Products

If you purchase digital guides, tools, or physical materials from our site:

  • Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

  • Physical goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt, unused and in original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
